    If you have to link to Breitbart as proof, then you've already disproven your own claim.

    It's also a bit misleading of you to say only that "a Russian bank paid Clinton $500,000 for a speech" to make it sound like it was *Hillary* who got paid when it fact it was *Bill* who gave the speech and got paid for it, something that even Breitbart managed to get correct.

    So... you not only need to cite Breitbart, but to cherry-pick even then? That's pretty sad.

    Hello, "normal" computer language IS mathematical.

    All your arguments are entirely touchy-feely in nature. And your example is nonsense.

    Basically, you want the computer to know *precisely* what you mean no matter how *imprecise* your instructions are, and this is very likely Never Ever Gonna Happen.

    As someone who's actually emigrated not just once but *twice* I find that your diatribe rings a bit hollow.

    For one thing, I think you're taking quite a lot of advantages in your own background for granted that are not likely typical for immigrants from many African or Asian countries.

    The most significant difference is that ITT attempted to allow the plebes into the middle class.

    How exactly would that be different from the "plebes" attending community college? Other than that they'd likely spend less money and obtain a degree that might actually be worth the paper it's printed on?

    Which distro is it that you use that has these issues? I'd honestly like to know, because I've been using Linux for 10+ years and I didn't know of any prior to being alerted by your post. This is important info which you shouldn't hold back!

    Windows 2K was the bomb. When I saw what XP was like, though, I knew the writing was on the wall and switched to Linux when 2K fell out of support.

    One of the very few decisions I've made in my life that I have never yet regretted, not even once.

    I mean, it would be absolute madness to download a patch on one machine to use on another (or several others).

    Well, this IS Microsoft, after all. Not only designing for the lowest common denominator, but effectively mandating that anyone who actually has a clue constrain himself to that level, regardless. They've only been doing this for about 20 years now.

    I put up with it for 10 of them.
