I agree default should be not to punish. Only by choice should a punish be applied, and yet some restrictions need to be applied to this as well. For instance, anyone ever get run over when they are trying to get out of the tiny ass boats and get killed. Then your friend gets TKPunish by default? WOW. Come on, that is rediculous, getting killed by a rubber boat going less than 5 MPH, or knots... what ever. Point being, it is too easy to be TKed in many situations within the game.
Ok. Exaggerated a little. And yes I was begging to, but you figure, they spend enough time developing and testing (2000 beta testers), the way it was out of the box, it was almost still beta status.
Actually I used Coldfusion for 2 years before changing to PHP. Yes it was a rant. I would not be calling Coldfusion crap, unless I knew, from experience, that it is. It does have it's place, I will give it that. But I will never use it for a project again.
Check what you are writing about before you post. Are you telling us.cfm file is PHP? Or if you have a URL with
domain.com/index.htm?
domain.com/index.asp?
domain.com/index.cgi?
This tells you what server side scripting language is used?
You must not be a server admin, you can make.php files to be read as.asp of what ever you want to for that matter. WOW Ignorance at it's best.
Like that other guy posted. It's Coldfusion NOT PHP, as YES it's crap. Highly expensive with no benefits. Assumptions are not acceptable and comparison of PHP to Coldfusion is not even right. If you don't like PHP, (IMO it's the best web scripting language just short of Perl) you must be a Winblows guy.
Ok. Done venting..... I think you have a patch waiting for your to install.

Well when you have 2 patches in the first 2 weeks with still outstanding issues, gamers tend to get pissed. Myself included.
I love this game, don't get me wrong. But a patch every few months is not as bad as every week.
I am still waiting for the Map creator they are telling us they will release. Not holding my breath.
