Hopefully we will eventually see an android port of XBMC or similar for ChromeOS. Not being able to conveniently stream local content is the biggest limitation to CrOS imo.

chrome has fixed a lot of the things ff users have been asking for a long time. one of the biggest frustrations with FF is the bugs that never get fixed after literally years and years.

Picasaweb (Google's photo-sharing website) does the facial recognition, not the Picasa application. On the Picasaweb site, you can opt-in to the facial recognition stuff, and it will bulk process your uploaded photos. To use it you have upload some photos to the web first, using the Picasa app.
well that's useful for those like me that have too many photos to store online.
