It doesn't appear that Mr. Army realizes that the military has no problen with letting him serve a sentence in the civil courts, then sending him up on charges again on the military side. double jeopardy rules don't apply to military personal. So, once the civilian courts are done with him, the UCMJ will be thrown at him.

But you fail to mention that the terrorists that this type of ID checking is designed to thwart are the ones that are not detered easily. They are the ones that will be going through the trouble of getting the really good fake ID's. So this ID checking does nothing to increase the safety of flying.

so me where it says merger?? i only see an acquisition of stocks..nothing about a merger. the offices and such of Pixar will remain at the same locations of business and JObs is now on the Board of Directors..this is more like Pixar taking over Disney(in a sense), at least all of the animation parts. there is nothing mentioned of a merger.. just an acquisition of stocks.

I think you are confusing two different terms.... A merger being where two companies in the same business join together to form a larger company (i.e. AT&T and SBC). WHat Disney did was an aquisition of a company that was not in the same line of business as them. They bought Pixar outright, so now Disney owns Pixar the same way they own ESPN, ABC, and various other smaller companies. So your right its not a merger. But its not as simple as a stock aquisition either.

What shooting delays are you talking about? With a Digital SLR, it is practically the same as shooting with a SLR film camera, only no film(and no processing expense). The processing place scanning the film to disk is an additional expense that would rapidly inflate your final expense over a couple years well over the price of a good digital SLR. In my opinion that is some horrible advice you are giving. Nikon and Canon both have some excellent Digital SLR offerings that are affordable, especially if you consider the amount you would fork over for film and processing over the next couple years.

Yeah, you say that now until the terrorists set off a biological or nuclear weapon on American soil. Think they can't and never will be able to do it? Because the opportunity to do it may well present itself at sometime in the future, and if it does, a lot of people like you will become strangely silent on security measures in effect if that kind when that kind of horror unfolds on your tv. I don't want us to be caught off guard just because you feel like your rights are being taken away. You can always leave the country if it's too repressive for you. You still have that right. But you don't have the right to endanger other people.

Yeah, your right, Webcams for everyone, and everywhere. We can never be too careful, so everyone should be watched, especially that shifty eyed neighbor of yours. Do you really know that he isn't planning something horrible? He just might be a terrorist, and be planning on setting off that nuclear or biological weapon. So you better watch him, or better yet, let the government do it. They already have the ability to anyway. Oh, and while their watching your neighbor, they might as well watch you too, just in case.
