I used the Beta Vista Premium for less than a month, then dumped it, and I can't remember if it installed that particular loop-back adapter as I never had the courage to put the Beta online (at the time there were no 3rd party safety devices).

The thing is, no-one else in the torrent (or swarm) experiences these problems. I run a Linksys router, ZoneAlarm firewall, Norton AV, PortsLock, SpyBot, SpywareBlaster (ALL on high/paranoid setting), so I'm lead to believe I couldn't "catch anything" from the "Net...
