Microsoft isn't running linux servers, they're using Akamai who does.

I had read a good portion of it before, but some of the stuff is always good to reread. And, on occasion, if someone is standing in my cube and we happen to be talking about forced overtime... (ugh)... then it's a lot easier to hand them the book, flip it to ea_spouse's article, then tell them that they should someday go and find it and maybe read it once they find it.

I use Linspire on a daily basis. It's really simple for those of use who don't know linux that well. It's the only distro I know of that installing new software is actually easy. You click a button, and there it is a few minutes later. It's easy to install, too.

But, really the best part about linspire is Cedega. Yeah you've got to pay for it, but playing windows games on a not-so-windows box is really quite a good time.

    That's what I think.

Does anyone else remember when LokiTorrent first got 'sued'? They (he, actually) took donations to fight in the name of p2p in court. Somewhere in the order of $30k. I can't find it now, but someone did a little research and found that he had never actually been served... he also never went to court. Now, I know that stealing $30k is illegal. Much less of a gray area surrounds the 'illegal' download of media.
