Ok, so windows accepted linux...it means nothing.
I've tried to use slackware, wasn't noob friendly and right now i don't have time to learn. but i completely support it. Linux could make a windows by making it look shiny and be user friendly(i say this not looking at all the distros out there).
Windows will continue to be on top for a bit since it's trusted(which is stupid IMHO).
In the end, who cares?

Making things prettier and more realistic and all that is great, but he makes a good point, some times you need to escape reality and play some weird game, or some randomly strange game...those games are the ones with the most creative game designers are...we don't need more creative people in game development, we need to find the ones that are already there.
