I would hope that trend spills into the US!

The last time I heard about connections in the UK it was about 60 pounds for a one meg line!
I would certainly hope that US providers would be willing to give me 24 Mb for only $42! Instead of 3Mb for $40!
Actually, the link I posted before is misleading. I just did a quick search and didn't read the article. The product I saw in the magazine was for the bare bones player, not the studio pro or anything. You can get a better feel for what they are offering from the flip4mac site: Just get the WMV player
I remember reading up on the whole streaming video content thing.
It's expected that once connections get to about 20Mbs on the down and I think a couple megs on the up, we'll be able to select and stream full quality video as we see it on the tv.
It's unfortunate that AS has such a limited time frame, but understandable at the same time.
If I ever manage to remember my AS login info,or just be lazy and create a new ID, I'll be on there for sure next friday!
I'm a mac fan. I love the computers. I really was only ever interested in the iPod for the storage capacity though, and then a little bit of brand prefference. I was in a store that got a supply of the nano, and the eather hit the air strong! Looking at the internet doesn't do this thing justice. I can only equate the size to about that of a remote to a car stereo(if you're even familiar with those). This unit is beyond description after that. Nothing will truely give you the idea of how genuinely awesome this unit is until you hold it. The black ones will be in short supply soon, I garuntee it. In my opinion, this is one of the best designs Apple has done to date. I really encourage everyone to find a store and check them out!
If you are the Borg(hence your goal is to assimilate) you would make the same move as well.
Why bother with a couple hundred million peons in America when you can consume billions in an Asian country? Statisticly and logically it's the smart move. It's all exponential. This little uprise from the Chinese is just their last struggle. They too will be assimilated. Rest easy little lambs, we will all soon become Borg.
I was questioning why he stayed in office when everyone was expecting him to retire. I first thought it was just to spite Bush and not give him a chance to seat someone.
I think now in hind sight that was wrong. The appoinment of the Supreme court justice is a position that will(can) be held for life. I think Rehnquist is the embodiment of what true commitment is. I don't know the facts, but how many of the previous justices have died while still being seated?
Rehnquist is a man, who's life story will be known by many. RIP

You will have to fork over $10, but it will give you the abliity to play wmv files in quicktime.

Pardon the technicality, but acutally the real deffinition for what the justice system does is interpret the law...
