I for one hoard my E-waste until I find something better to do with it than tossing it out. So far I got a radio, a cable and DSL modem, a netgear router (Don't by this crap, it breaks fast), a CRT monitor (which actually works and I have used it when one of my LCDs burned out), an LCD monitor, a laptop, and an old desktop from which I still scavenger parts sometimes.
I didn't even realize what they were talking about till I thought about it some more. Indeed my first computer, a Commodore 64, was like this, but only about 5x thicker:) Ahhh the good old days of cassette tapes. And of course the ease of copying software in the family stereo.
It was also announced at the International Conference of Asshats (Those with heads in ass) that today's terrorists may also link using 2 tin cans and a piece of string!
I spent so many years thinking McCain was not a Politician. But he let his true colors show really early in the Presidential race, which resulted in me losing most respect for him. I still respect the guy for being a POW, no amount of partisanship can take that away from him.
But has Obama succeeded at hiding his true colors for this long? And if he has, then people will still give him the benefit of a doubt even as contrary evidence piles up. It will become the new winning strategy for decades to come. Winner is the guy(or gal) who can act like not a politician the longest.
I wonder if by chance they keep track of what meal you request. Well maybe not, since airlines do not offer a Muslim meal AFAIK. The day they start though, I bet you they will keep track of that request.
Before they realized one thing, new people are born everyday. Those people have never seen X, so X is new to them. If people bought X before, these new people will buy X; therefore, you can sell X forever!
