    That statement is actually correct. "95% of PCs" indicates 95% of the total installed base of PCs. "99% of the people who don't have flash" would mean 99% OF THAT 95%, which comes out to... 4.95% of the total installed base of PCs "don't have flash" but "can install it with a few clicks".

    Morrowind. Right out of chargen you can attack people... Sure you'll die if you do, but youu can still make those choices. Some poster here recently said "Freedom also means freedom to fuck up" or something along those lines.

    Offtopic: I wish Morrowind and Oblivion had a 'hardcore mode' wherein you die, all of that characters' saves are deleted,or at least renamed.

    Reset > boot from DSL disk > nuke partition from orbit. I don't think any rootkit can disable reset. And even if there was one that could, there's NO way in hell a rootkit can prevent you from physically pulling the plug.

    I'm well aware of those posts, but it baffles me as to why those cases weren't dropped when an official death certificate was delivered. By the way, I believe it's those two that will show up if you google for 'suing dead people'.

    I can understand being a grandmother or a single mother of three being irrelevant to a case, but death? Last I checked, you can't sue a dead person, and if my reading of the constitution is right, the family of the decedent is immune to litigation that arose because of said decedent's alleged acts. IANAL.
