That's a crock of you-know-what. As far as we know, we have >21 namable storms once in ~75 years. One set and a few spares of X-Y-Z would be sufficient.
Why do people just accept arbitrary arrangements as hard and fast rules?
Only the Committee for Unique Naming of Tropical Storms (CUNTS) would do something as brain-dead as limiting themselves to using only 21 letters of our fairly well-known alphabet. The feds once again demonstrate their incredible powers of idiocy by making Alpha, which has meant "first" for 5000 years, now mean 22nd.
I've only rarely seen Word documents that weren't crappily formatted and jammed together by people who have no clue how to use 90% of Word's features. Can't see why upgrading or changing to a different version/product they don't know how to use would make a whole lot of difference to the average corporate non-tech.
Shhhh.... if allofmp3 gets popular enough, the RIAA will find a way to put a stop to it.
I think you have "businesses" confused with "Bush administration".

Great. Thanks. Made me do an nslookup, and now the FBI will be on my ass again.
