Will the future of geek culture be like this? Instead of bored microelectrical engineers making silicon art, will DNA nano-engineers be making DNA art?:)
It's a basic robot for the FIRST Robotics Competition, made from a kit from IFI Robotics. IFI also does the backstage work for the Vex robotics stuff. FRC kits are sorta like Vex except with beefier motors and on a larger scale. Too bad the sensors in FRC kits are pretty lame (e.g. the kit has hall effect sensors, but no nice shaft encoders).
If you check the site settings for the Google Pages management page, there's a checkbox for "Adult Content". What could this do for porn distribution? I, for one, welcome our new Google porn overlords.
Speaking of the free version, many Slashdotters often write about "voting with your wallet" for technology. Now that the ad-less Opera is free to download, how can Opera fans continue to vote with their wallets for Opera's cause?
See, it was all as Douglas Adams predicted. This proves that mice really are pan-dimensional super soldiers waiting to be triggered. I, for one, welcome our new fearless rodent overlords!

For a second, I thought that was an FRC kit bot.

Here's a beautiful FRC robot from team 254 (a Californian team that builds awesome robots): http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/img/241/24126b01If you check the site settings for the Google Pages management page, there's a checkbox for "Adult Content". Is she one of the new applications for "physical testing" too? I mean, it'd fit in with their goals for more wireless technology development.
