IIRC, the War Powers Resolution of 1973 gave the President the ability to use military force for 60 days before the situation needed to be revisited by Congress to decide if a formal declaration of war was needed. You may want to note that Bush's infamous "mission accomplished" speech took place about 40 days after the invasion began, thus negating the need for Congress to revisit the situation. Since then it has been an "occupation."
I would recommend that they not setup a reader forum at this stage (assuming they don't already have one). If they're still trying to even sort out what they're online strategies will be, they are presently not adequately staffed to deal with a forum/bulletin board (hint: they'll most likely need one full-time person to moderate/admin this). Sure, it can be something to put on the list as a future option, but they need to make sure they're equipped to handle it. Quite honestly, unless they seriously plan to change the scope/focus of the publication, what they are doing now is probably enough.
I know this is Blizzard's first attempt at a video game system...
Ahhh, you need to read up on Blizzard's history. They originally started out making games for the SNES, but they used a different name (Silicon & Synapse). They moved on to making PC games in the mid 90s. Although, IIRC, Ghost is being developed by someone else entirely anyways.
Something else I should point out from the link above: The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) serves its members from its offices in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.
Funny, I live in Washington, and there is very little filmmaking going on here...
...since they're clearly counting on turning a judgment against them into a profit-making opportunity...
Except there never was a judgment against them. That's why it's called a settlement. They chose to offer this up to prevent the possibility of there being a judgment against them...
If you're too lazy to click, here's the meat of it:

I remember seeing an article a week or so ago about mob ties for the Gizmodo people. I can't seem to find anything about Tim Roberts and the mob. Do you have a link?
I've been playing through SSI's Gold Box games for the past few weeks (nearly done with Curse of the Azure Bonds). Even with the crappy VGA graphics, they're still great games, precisely because they're based on the D&D ruleset. I suggest heading over to your favorite abandonware site, grabbing one of the games (Pool of Radiance was a blast) and a copy of MoSlo and enjoy the original batch of licensed D&D computer games. Or if you wanna be legit, you may still be able to find a copy of Interplay's 14-in-1 Forgotten Realms CD (which includes the decoder wheels and PDFs of the adventurer's journals, etc).
The submitter is saying that this Tech Report article could save you money, in that if you read it, you will be informed that low latency memory isn't necessarily worth the extra cost. C'mon, rub those brain cells together...
Mod the goddamn parent up!
The truth is that the people behind the Star Trek franchise are complete and utter fools.
:-p
They're not the only ones...
As always, the best way to find information is to ask Google...

Methinks I should've realized that it doesn't only apply to solid->liquid phase changes...Derrr...
After liquefaction? Methinks you don't understand the meaning of that word, Mr. Peekaboo....
I bought the last page of a bunch of books. Hope I don't get sued for posting them here. Here goes...Ready?
THE END
I think his pr0n-detector is probably too sensitive at the moment.
Nothing for you to see here. Please move along.
Hmmmm. Guess I'll come back in 90 days for the dupe...
"I'm sure he's in there somewhere..."
Sweet! Since you missed out on it, I'm gonna patent the plumber variant. "Hi, I'm here to help you clean your pipes..."
They're just getting the politicians and CEOs ready for the rollout of their "Secure For Sure" campaign...
The first step to ensuring that our privacy is protected is to make it federal law that all citizens have a Passport account...

Which particular brand of stick would you suggest?

No more of this MPAA, let people know who is behind it, which artists are in cahoots with this.
Well, this took a whole lot of effort...

Just you wait until I introduce my console...Vapor!
That's pretty clever of you. Even if you don't get it to market, there's already a whole ton of software designed for it...

But a really tricked out Accord won't be obsoleting BMW any time soon, either.
Wait a second. Which one is the Accord and which one is the BMW?
All they need is a few corrupt government employees...
Phew, good thing those are hard to come by...
