Just to clear things up a bit: they are not building the seed bank inside ice. They're using a tunnel inside a mountain (rock). Due to the permafrost, temperatures will stay below the freezing point.
A new motherboard can actually make a huge difference performance-wise. Having a speedy processor isn't worth a thing if the rest of the system (like the north bridge) isn't quick enough.
The question is: would you post a similar message if this was in fact an error in iexplore?
I remember a similar problem with Microsoft's browser family, where one could simply write a tag in an html file (don't rememer what it was), and the browser would die. Personally, I found that very amusing, and definitely one of many reasons not to use it.
Now, Firefox has had quite a few serious issues, and when things like this happens after 1.5 has left the beta stage, this is definitely one of several reasons not to use it.
No, it's not just you, but the flash inverts the image, so the really bright spots on the original are the ones that get really dark (take a look at the original and you'll see that the bright spot is not the pupil).

The poor kid is going to have a sore rear end because of some malware and an IE security flaw.
Unless you live in a civilised country, where that sort of behaviour isn't tolerated.

Big words, but your signature is even bigger.
