    Not having a field test for marijuana isn't a reason that marijuana is still illegal. Hell if that was the reason it wouldn't be a schedule 1 drug, while Cocaine which is much much worse is only a schedule 2.

    Honestly, I don't think there is a clear reasoning at this point why marijuana is illegal. It just is.

    Seriously, you tell the average person that your domain name was stolen and they'll look at you like your speaking Martian.

    Big Fucking Deal, someone implied that a Police Officer may have as much of a grasp of how the internet works as the average person.

    When the Police send a uniformed Police Officer to your location after telling the police that your domain was stolen I would imagine that one question that would be asked would be "What is a domain?". This is not a jab at cops for being dumb, because they tend not to be dumb.

    There is more story here than the last 3 words in the summary, but you wouldn't know that from reading the comments.

    The majority of people I know would not know what you mean when you tell them that your domain was stolen, the average response would be "What's a domain?" Followed shortly by, "How in the hell do you steal a domain?"

    Its not a cop specific response. In fact you can consider it a technical legal question, "What is the legal definition of a domain and how does it apply to this case?" may sound less insulting but it is the same question.

    There is a natural supply of nano-diamonds, and I can't imagine nano-diamonds being all that expensive to create.

    The chemical vapor deposition method of producing synthetic diamonds should be able to create nano-diamonds pretty easy I would think.

    The US will not be invaded suddenly. We can and will produce more weapons when we are threatened, we currently have enough of a military that we can protect the majority of our allies. While production may slow, development will still trudge on, so that if or when the US is directly threatened we should be able to pop up more up to date designs.

    The F-22 has played its role in helping the US determine how to build the next generation of planes. We don't NEED them until a conflict, and any conflict that can threaten the continental United States will take along time to reach our shores.

    Yes, people who build their own or upgrade old computers may not be as large percentage of OS purchasing as OEM builders, but they are their own market. The market that this story is referring to. People who build or refurbish computers tend to be cheapskates,I know I am.

    And my comment is that its up to Microsoft to price Windows 7 appropriately or otherwise it will sit on the shelf while people pirate XP.

    No, I would have to say that Windows 7 is still overpriced. Without it being able to be pirated or sold at a reasonable price it will never have the share that XP does.

    XP is Windows 7 competition, not Linux or OSX.

    I agree that Windows 7 does indeed rock, but the RC I'm using is Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and my opinion is tied to that fact.

    I do not think that Windows 7 Ultimate is worth $319.00 and I have no experience with the lower tier options to be able to know before buying them whether they are worthwhile for the prices listed.

    The difference between XP-64 and Windows 7 Ultimate is not worth $319.00

    There is an abandoned city in the US that is protected and is in fact being used in the Darpa robotic vehicle testing, its old army housing.

    There are also a number of ghost towns in the US that one could study.

    We have two working examples of fusion generation, the Hydrogen Bomb that uses a fission device to jump start it and the Sun which is hugely radioactive.

    So our two working examples of fusion generation require fission.

    I would think that the future of fusion generation would be a component of fission generation.

    You can have fission on its own, you can have fission and fusion together, but you can't have fusion on its own in any way that's economical.

    As long as the lawyers can shop around as to which district they can sue in then the lawyers will still purposely find the stupidest judge for the case. So its kinda a weakest link sort of situation.

    Titanium dioxide which is the most common pigment for white paint has some interesting anti-pollution features.

    As for your proposed green roof, research the hell out of it or find a reputable roofing company to do the work and have them guarantee it. You destroy your roof, you destroy your home.

    Concrete is lightly colored, abit off white.

    Also, concrete paving lasts longer and needs less maintenance. The reason asphalt is used so much is its cheaper in the short term.

    Tire wear on the concrete will turn it blackish, so I guess now all we need is white rubber?

    UPS Trucks have translucent roofs so they don't need a light in the back. This is done on many trailers also.

    Mixing Hydrogen and Oxygen also creates combustion, but it creates electrical energy without exploding when mixed in a fuel cell. Doesn't take a great leap in thought to think we could do this with other elements.

    I wonder if we can make electricity out of C-4, that would make getting a laptop on a plane fun.
