    Yes its legal, its no different than Gillette selling razors cheaply and then making it up with the razor blades that only work for your specific model razor. Its amazing how riled up everyone here gets and apparently the sky is falling, when this type of business model has been around for over 70 years.

    Tampa Bay was #3 with an average of 19,876. Hockey just doesn't televise well in standard def, its not because of not being able to see the puck, its because you can't see the play develop and the action off the puck

    A radio station near me, Greensboro, NC (NASCAR country) announced the April fools right after Dale Earnhardt's death that the Postal Service was issuing a stamp in his memory. Apparently alot of people flooded the post offices asking for the stamp. By the end of the show someone from Washington called the station and threatened legal action if they didn't stop.

    How was this the warmest winter? The December to February temperature was near average and February 2007 was in the bottom 2/3rds in temperature over the past 113 years.

    I see this as what may finally kill off AM radio. If a station would have to put on non-profitable shows to counteract the popular shows it would kill them off, talk radio from the right is what saved AM radio. Also, does this mean that a religious AM station would have to put information about evolution to counteract preaching?

    There's nothing illegal in the magazine, but you have to be 18 to have one. He got thecharge on the same type of laws that make it illegal for minors to possess cigarettes and alcohol.

    Yep, he realized from 2000 that he's gotta move to the right in order to win the nomination. Its sad that more centrist politicians have to move to the left or the right to get the nomination and big money for their respective party's nomination
