every traveller too should be implanted with the chip...
and i mean both incoming and outgoing
so the next time you come to my country you spend an huor getting an RFID implanted into yuou
and then when you leave you can remove it or keep it...
oh yeah and i mean anywhere you go

I agree sleep is essential, i think its the whole calming effect that helps.. i have sometimes stopped doing whatever i was doing for a minute and just meditated... Just relaxing the mind, so on is definitely helpful
ps: what a large number of wisecracks on this one:)
It seems like too much work to trace someone through an ip. Especially for a wikipedia article. Almost every registered user who created an article watches the page. At work i work through a texas company IP as the hQ is over there. also for browsing the internets:) i use spider proxy (bcos every google search is linked to my gmail account which i find annoying ). But at wikipedia i believe is a beautiful example of democracy so i dont see any negative to registering.
what i do find a little weird is that this is due to some random dudes complaint about defamation.
i like how you are oblivious to the simplicity of the request. All the submitter wants is that in the obvious compromise of your privacy... ahh... let it be
