I had a friend tell me about the time he filled in for a day as a dispatcher for a cab company. He said he tried to do it efficiently by looking at where the customer was and where the closest non-busy taxi was and sending that one. Turns our the taxi drivers didn't like it. They wanted him to send them out in order so they all got the same number of fares.
Microsoft added static typing to Javascript (with Typescript). Now Facebook is adding static typing to PHP. After a few years of dynamic languages being in vogue, is the pendulum swinging back to statically typed languages?
I used Eclipse to develop an Android app back in the days of Android 2. They other day I downloaded and installed Android Studio so that I could create a simple app. Android Studio did have designer (in Eclipse I did all layout in xml, but I believe Eclipse has a designer too.) The main issue I had with Android Studio is that it would just disappear all of the sudden. One minute it was there and the next it was gone.
Call the EPA. Tell them it will be bad for the environment. Let the government agencies spend their resources fighting it out instead of trampling on our rights.

Why is this a bad way? You're writing the month first, which doesn't change often, then your writing down the day which does change often. It makes perfect sense.
"previously uninsured people being forced to become customers"
I thought the point of ACA was suppose to be to lower costs so that previously uninsured people could now afford insurance, not to force people to buy something.

Visa's probably thinking about all the people who can't seem to remember their PINs and afraid of losing sales from those people.

Mark Zuckerberg is setting around with his friends at a bar. Everyone's drinking.
Bob: "How Mark, how much money is Facebook really worth?"
Mark: "It's worth a lot."
John: "I bet it's not. I bet you've blown through most of it."
Mark: "No. We've got money in the bank"
Bob: "Prove it."
John: "Yeah. Prove it. Buy something really expensive"
Bob: "Yeah. Buy something that costs a lot. We dare you."
John: "Something that costs millions of dollars"
Mark pulls out his phone and makes a call...

It's also popular with people who don't agree with you. Although they tend to use "Troll" more.
