No, Nintendo is not being too harsh to the guy who leaked Super Mario Bros. It's one thing to leak software/games that have been out, but to release it before it's out? He's stupid for thinking it was a good idea.

I think putting Copyrighted photos on there could be a bad idea. Imagine if the photo was used out of context.
Besides, who puts something on Facebook that they _want_ to keep _private_?
Everyone and their mother. They put a username and password into a website and they think it's secure.
