    A friend of mine died last year and, as long as you can provide the proper paperwork, his family got access to his hotmail account. i guess as long as they can tie the death certificate to the person in the e-mails then its not a problem.

    Ah, the joys of the "Free" internet. All the while it is uncontrolled and "self reguating" we will have to put up with this crap. Whatever you do, whatever your plans are, as long as the Net is free and anonymous someone will abuse it.

    It would have to be flash or something but just imagine if the text was swirling around or something. Might make life harder as they would have to do a screen capture of the CAPTCHA and then work on that as opposed to the conveniently suplied image file. Then if the image was larger than the viewport onto it (but moved randomly so as to reveal the whole thing) you would have to watch the whole animation to get the correct phrase.

    how long have 64 bit machines been available now, 5 or 6 years? 64 bit OSs are only really now starting to become mainstream and thats only with Vista and Leopard. There just hasn't been the incentive for the average user to upgrade to one and so that has delayed the OSs and the software. It is only now when 4Gb is stabdard on a PC that people are starting to see it as a limitation, especially in the hight end market.

    That's the thing. NVIDIA have all the software and hardware resources avaiable that they need. If they haven't deleivered a decent driver so far, it's not because they don't have enough information. Could it possibly be because the hardware is seriously flawed when it comes to implementing DX10? We are not talking small companies and short lengths of time here.

    Can't we go after the affiliates then? If the drugs company gets a enough red tape by using affiliates related to a particular person/company then, maybe they will start vetting their affiliates better.

    While most of us treat spam as junk it is there to serve a very specific purpose. To get our money into the accounts of unscrupulous companies. A mate of mine (honestly) replied to spam and got some pills back. There are proper businesses behind them. Why can't we trace where the money goes and sue their butts off?

    How many companies are actually advertising at any one time? Is all the spam for one company, ten companies, a thousand companies or a million?
