It could take 7 years to acquire all the diversified, cross discipline, base knowledge and understanding to be well rounded.

Of course during those 7 years, there will be 7 years of new knowledge and technique produced.

So it is almost impossible to catch up and be equal to those already having spent 10 years acquiring the skills and knowledge.

So there will always be a declining number of advanced cross discipline IT technical professionals.

The other thing is that technology changes weekly so fast much of it cannot be taught from a text book or university curriculum and theory doesn't always fit reality.

The good news is those that come after you, may never catch up to you.

The real education comes from direct experience, in doing.

There may be exceptions to the above but in general I think it is accurate.

All we need to do is act collectively to create a fair and balanced energy exchange accounting system, with transparency so as not to lead anyone to temptation. Of course that is not what it is all about. The master plan is about creating a FEAR and Control environment which creates division and disempowers the citizens making them subservient and easy to control like an indentured servitude. The spelling checker wanted to say disembowels the citizens. Maybe it was right. The permanent solution is to eliminate the fear in the minds of our enemies, as well as the fear in our minds of them. Let's create a world of prosperity and abundance for all where there is nothing to fear, that is the solution.

There is a difference, and in any complex system, not your typical address database, you can only guess some of the design necessary to meet the requirements. The requirements are never complete because there is so much one does not know or discover until they try to do it and people use it.

Most clients I have dealt with are unable to define their own requirements properly, about all they can do is express their intentions and answer questions, they need to be guided

This is why I think design and development need to happen concurrently starting out with an intention, and various anticipated outputs and functionality that is needed.

One also needs to be comfortable with chaos and unknowing, while the design unfolds perfectly if one goes with the flow. The other thing that affects the quality of code is budget constraints and the egoic mind.

Polishing and improvement come after one figures out what they needed which only comes from doing.

We could also print out additional receipts for some other party to audit the system.

I have designed a universal information architecture / system that engineers Big Brother out of the system and retains privacy and control of one's data, yet includes transparency. The voting system could use some of the methods and structure.

The system is autonomous, with anonymity yet also providing certification and verification.

The stuff many have talked about for at least 25 years.

It can be done, perhaps those that worked on designing the voting machines thus far were not the brightest or those having the correct intentions. We just need to collectively decide to make it happen.

It is also my understanding based on insight and thought from William Poundstone and others that we need to switch from plurality voting to range voting or instant-runoff voting.

As far as hacking the system we will award anyone several hundred thousand dollars that can figure out how to hack the system. They also have to create the counter measure, fix or methods to close the vulnerability to get the award.

Although the current ones are of poor design, and there may very well have been tampering this artificial issue may be promoted by the very people that wish to control the many, or at least maintain a degree of power.

THE TRUTH may very well be that E - Voting is a threat to the current power structure (they know this) a system that disallows or stops the influence of special interests and or the delusions of individuals on policy making and legislative voting.

E - Voting properly implemented creates Collective Control eliminating the Corrupt Control. A few or singular individuals can be influenced and corrupted, many individuals cannot be corrupted. In other words it does not cost much to corrupt or influence.

Read the Creme Principle the best rises to the top by word of link. http://iamblogging.net/archives/2005/12/the_creme_princ.html In Infinite Play the Movie they caution to not implement Collective Control until the independent subscriber based media (intelligence services for the people) is in place and a major shift in attention is away from the corporate controlled media paid off via advertising to propagate various fictions, or fail to bring to light disruptive to the industries and professions intelligence.

Read It is said that the Corporate Status Quo Media will collapse when the end of disease protocols are released and trillion dollar class actions are brought against medical industrial complex. The media currently depends heavily on Pharmaceutical Company advertising. In other words the Media gets a cut of the drug profits and qualifies as an industry that profit from disease classifying it as one of the Death Industries. This is why they don't promote the knowledge to end disease.

The reason I suspect it is an artificial issue is that electronic voting can be secure. I can certainly design a voting system that will work, using architecture and methods I have already developed. I think others have as well.

I think we could do the secure E-secure voting system for 250K or even maybe open source. Diebold got $10's of millions for an MS Access database? I could of done it for the taxpayers for $25,000.

  8. Consumer Power & Collaborative Collective Unit on Microsoft 'Open Value Subscription' is None of the Above · · Score: 1
Consumer Power & Collaborative Collective Unity will change everything.

It's time to get this idea circulating so we can manifest it.

The consumer is set to reposition itself as the highest authority, with the power to remove or dictate to members of the board of directors and the CEO. Just like the citizens are set to take over the government and dictate to congress what it will do, since we collectively are the authority and grant individuals in government their authority to deliver on our collective intentions, we the people are the owners of all assets and the payers of all debt the government pays for and owns nothing. Government is just a label it cannot think or make decisions, only individuals can. We can also not blame government because there is nothing there to blame it is just a label. It is individuals with names that have responsibility for their actions and decisions. Also we are going to cut through and challenge the fictions and ignorance on the floors of congress. We will no be divided by fictional issues and illusions or "fear", thus disempowered and ruled as an indentured servitude.

The next level which I suspect will come soon is Consumers grouping together in large powerful groups and then contracting with companies, or allowing them to bid on the products and service that we need. This includes cable, cell phone and Internet service.

What I am saying is a major shift in power away from corporations to the consumer.

At least this is how it is articulated in ahref=http://infiniteplaythemovie.com/rel=url2html-31683http://infiniteplaythemovie.com/> Infinite Play the Movie, which blends with reality.

In the movie it speaks of a group known as the Technorati that helps bring this about.

Evidence that this is actually going to actually happen can be found at:

http://www.oneclickrevolution.com/ and URL:http://zulu.mobi Furthermore the citizens will stipulate that the representatives of the house and senate will record, measure and authenticate our intentions and desires on all issues and execute according to our collective will serving the good of the many, with respect for individual rights and the pursuit of happiness, and allow people to engage in the production of goods and services for others, unencumbered by regulation. If they damage anything we simply sue them to recover damages. The insurance companies can keep them inline rather than government servants.

How many people have ever been asked by there representative how they want them to vote and what issues should be put up for vote? Then I ask you how could your representative really be representing you?

I think it is safe to say that government representatives have failed in their fiduciary responsibly to represent based on the fact they have not asked us what we want. They apparently don't even read the entire bill they are voting on and this should be a requirement. We will do this using a web interface and a database with redundant third party receivers of the "vote" and requests for unnecessary or outdated legislation created by dead people or those acting irrationally as a result of the fictions they maintain in their minds

I think the marketing department(s) have rendered technology inefficient and destroyed consistency and clarity in naming conventions and created confusion Microsoft is a good example. Is it Office XP or Office 2002? We are often asking which one came first? This includes processor naming as well, so we can include Intel. What is wrong with using the year it was designed and manufactured?

Of course we also see what marketing has done to the Internet consuming bandwidth and messing up efficient design and TV where it influences reporting and promotes more fiction and propaganda.

What we really need to do with marketing is keep it simple, as a consumer I want to know the features and benefits, the quality of the material and the price and the warranty which indicates how long the product is engineered to last, often to the day. Then I can calculate the actual benefit and value it will provide and if the cost justifies the purchase.

What we don't need in marketing is ego manipulation, plays on emotions, and empty meaningless marketing words that create an illusion or appearance with nothing behind it.

I want to know did you use stainless steel or plastic, did you pollute the environment?

I am looking to buy from companies that are smart and efficient, producing quality. In the long run quality is actually cheaper than the cheap stuff because it lasts longer, and it is up to the consumer to realize this, be able to determine it, and pay for quality and quit buying the cheap stuff.

What we need to implement is a new system, I have one that will work, that we can look up any product see exactly what is made with and how, the material cost and even the profit margin. The more efficient the manufacturer the lower the profit margin.

In fact should we just have a central database of all products where I can type in what I am looking for and then compare? The only reason to have any type of marketing is simply to let us know when something new comes into existence or some improvement.

Maybe this idea will get to the right minds perhaps one of you know who they are and will create awareness. When we purchase music we purchase a license to listen to the songs we paid for. I don't think the music industry understands this; apparently this has not been clarified in the courts. We are not buying the piece of plastic they are printed on.

It does not matter what the source is or what format we have it in. We are purchasing a license to listen at our leisure to a song or watch a movie. We can have a thousand copies because we can only listen to one at a time. Somebody needs to argue this in court. That we are in fact purchasing a license to listen, not a piece of plastic or a digital file of zero's and ones.

This is the legal justification for open downloads of music:

In fact the record labels need to, I think legally provide, free downloads of music. The record companies have not provided a way for me to enjoy my license to listen if the CD gets scratched, as it is now they force us to buy a new license they should probably reimburse anyone who has had to buy more than one license because of damage media. I noticed about 10 years ago CDs became very easy to scratch not the bottom but the top.

Because the carrier medium can be damaged we should all be able to get a download of a new instance of the song we paid for from the Internet if we purchased the license to listen to it. Since the record companies have not provided a way for us to get a replacement copy the Internet downloads can ethically be justified. Truth is we don't need the record companies anymore. We can all buy from the artists direct and vote with a link what is most popular. I would be happy to pay the creative talent directly without the huge middle man cut. Another things is corporate pressure to maintain the status quo system cannot be put on artists by large corporations.

Hopefully someone will get this into the hands of the attorneys for the defendants. and talk the idea up The record companies have failed to provide a mechanism to execute our license to listen if the media is damaged. This is the justification for internet downloads. Technically based on quantum physics there is only one copy of a piece of music in the universe. This exists in the intangible realm; all tangible manifestations of this one copy are simply a physical conveyance of this one real instance. It is an information universe, everything is ultimately just information. Check out http://iamblogging.net/ for more if you like this type of thought.
