Everybody here hates flash. You know I've been reading flash is dead stories for couple years here. Still it is up and running, and new versions are coming out. And if somebody needs site that needs to look exactly the same on all browsers and all OSes, while having rich content with animation video and sound, they stake is usually on flash. because HTML5 is not ready yet, and never will be, because big companies does not know how to come to one standard. that means you will have to write custom cases for each different browser. good luck.
How do you publish simple javascript game so that it can be embedded in any page? I bet its 10x complex task than adding one flash object.
yes, I am flash game developer, and i have android phone with flash, not an iOS device.

It works, here in Europe, and has been tested.
Here, howerer, is pretty much GSM/Nokia monopol.
But Siemens, SonyEriccson,etc shows Noika compatible
graphics messages too. So it's preetty reliable.
Anyway when you subscribe for ticket, You register
in their database with your phone number automatically.
And even if sms gets lost, which is highly unliekely,
(I havent lost any sms for years) you still can ask
them to doublecheck their database.
I personally order games used from Amazon or Ebay for like $15 a piece,
Just a thought: How do You really know games in e-bay are legal.
What is next? I buy a honda and there will be an eula that if I put on an extra exhaust pipe, or change the air filter I am modding illegally? Oh yeah, I circumvented the rev limiter because my bike moved like grandma's.... everyone does that.....
In EU if you want to change headlights for example you need to make sure you buy certified ones. The same is almost for everything.. Also there is limitations of what you can actually do with engine. I've heard that in Finland there is limit on additional horsepower you can get with performance tuning. Its like you cant go over +100 bhp over than stock, or whatever.

To get up in the space... all you need.. 1) Stick some very big rocket engines to the Earth in 45 degree angle and start them. And Wait... And wait.. When earth starts to rotate 10000 times in a second everybody will find themselves in space. Whoala.. new space nation!
2) Pretty much the same approach.. put all astrounauts in safes, and blow the Earth up.
3) Find a comet or big asteroid.. stick rocket to it.. so it changes its path.. Ignite it. Path should be very close to the surface of the Earth, but still impact should not happen. Then stick a very big hook to it. Use this hook when comet fly by to lift all the heavy stuff... and then wait for the next comet..
4) Go to Iraq, find missing rockets.. if they are intercontinetal, attach additional boosters and remove warheads. You have brand new and cheap one man space launchers.

2) While windows version is good and shiny...
