It'd be a small miracle if no other security issues have been found since the release of iOS 4. The fact that the jailbreak exploit is the only thing that's being fixed suggests that Apple values retaining control over their device higher than fixing other security issues.
Come on, after the first couple of tests the destructive potential of nuclear weapons was perfectly understood. And I don't have a problem with the US telling Iran they shouldn't develop nuclear weapons. But I do have a problem with them doing it while they have been storing nuclear weapons in Europe, given the nuke to Israel and retain the worlds' second largest nuclear weapons stockpile.
There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. Maybe it's free to _you_, but someone is paying, in this case someone with a good old-fashioned newspaper subscription. Google doesn't have correspondents around the world, they just aggregate news form sources who do. Currently, these sources are being paid by their subscribers but subscriber numbers are falling.
Here's an idea. Don't read the new books. Just don't buy them. Maybe some people enjoy them, fine for them. Maybe they're crap, maybe they're not. But if the existence of a new trilogy detriments your enjoyment of the old series, that's on you.
If someone developed a 99% efficient solar cell, would you really care what it cost?
You're kidding right?
For everyone who is looking for real solutions (unfortunately that's not quite everyone in the debate), the cost is a crucial factor in the equation. Economic efficiency is more important than energy efficiency.
Don't be a troll. Stem cells have huge potential benefits for healthcare, but we know very little about the long-term effects. GP was just pointing out that additional research into these risks might be a good idea.
How exactly are the Belgians the second best drivers? About twice as many people die in traffic in Belgium compared to the Netherlands, which is similar in most aspects, except for the fact that we don't down a litre of beer during lunch.
I live in Liege two days a week and whenever I pass the border, I put on my crash helmet.
That's not entirely true. In many countries with public healthcare you're only allowed to pay for better quality to a small extent or not at all. In the Netherlands you can't pay to receive treatment earlier.
Actually, it would be less useful if it was updated more recently

Don't you mean: 99.99999999904% incorrect?

Saying 'www' might be slower, but typing 'www' is much faster. Which one do you do more often?
What is commonly called a 'petrol bomb' actually contains a lot more than just petrol. Otherwise it would be rather unspectacular.
Wrong debate. He was asking why adaptation would me more expensive than avoiding climate change altogether, which the GP suggested.

Any Vegetarian/Vegan" who wants to blow things up can do so, and spray paint some BS about "ELF was here!
Replace 'Vegetarian/Vegan' by 'Muslim extremist' and 'ELF' by 'Al Qaeda' and it's still true.
... Namely, if i keep a lot of tabs open for awhile (yes, i know, bad habit)
Why is it a bad habit? The browser should facilitate the user, it shouldn't be the other way around.
Get a job!
So IPod is an adjective? I am no native speaker but that doesn't sound right (but then again, neither do the IPod earphones)

Make one mistake and support it for the rest of your life.
Unless you are Microsoft, of course.
You mean XBRL?
15% got it right, 47% came close.
Because this is the internet. People dont't ever admit they're wrong here.

That's the right answer to the wrong question.
Hahaa! That's why I use asdfasfd as my online banking password.
In Sovjet Lisp, parentheses express you!

Sorry, this is abuse.
