I will second 1up.com's video podcast. They do each weekly show the way you would expect a "show" to be. Interviews, game reviews, a bit of geek humor, an interesting cast of hosts..
I do watch a few other video podcasts, but apparently I am the minority.

1999$ for the base model is astounding.. the features are incredible for the price. too many to list here
