/start/ We review all job applications before the employer gets to see them. This allows us to remove duplicates, junk, and applications which are clearly not suitable for the job (lack of experience, qualifications, specific languages, etc.)
Whenever we reject a job application we're going to automatically send an e-mail to the jobseeker explaining why his job application was rejected and what he can do to fix the problem (if it can be fixed - i.e. re-apply and attach your CV!)
Rejected and accepted job applications are kept in the employers account./end/
Would you find the above helpful or just annoying?
I wonder if they knew a nice, charming, good looking, rich guy like me (modest, moi??) would be happy to let them crash in my place for a few months and get their life together (or even, just party and have a good time), would they still kill themselves?
Isn't there always another option?

I feel particularily sensitive about Japanese women killing themselves because I think they're hot (at least I'm being honest.)
The majority of the world either don't know what Linux is, or associates it with people like us(!)
If Google can make the installation simple, the desktop pretty, and break the "freak" tag that Linux has (and don't kid yourseldf - Linux is only for us freaks), then I think this is a great thing.
