    We have known for some time it is not impossible to hardcode a backdoor into a chip. I thought we already decided a while back that we cannot trust chip protection, in the past it was china chips but with the information given by snowden it only makes sense not to trust a chip from intel

    I hate to tell you but not all scientists are doctors, and also cancer is not the only issue that is affecting us today. The more we understand about the universe, the more we understand about ourselves.

    In other words, what are YOU doing to cure cancer since you think that "scientists" should focus on cancer instead of XX.

    if it were a true free market, google would be able to put its own poles up, it was like this in the past where every network had its own overhead poles, it didnt work out so great. There are some awesome photos that I just cant seem to find right now that show NYC in the early days full of poles and cables and it was a disaster, a beautiful disaster however

  8. But the point remains, no one is FORCED to believe in the statue. I disagree with the intent that you feel it is somehow forcing you to believe. the 10 commandments have been on state capitols for as long as this country has been around, its nothing new, hell we swear on the BIBLE when we are in court! (I know you are not forced to use a bible but tradition is still there)

    one does not have to believe in god to respect others. in other words, you do NOT have the right to not be offended anymore than someone of a different faith/non faith

    im an atheist and I dont find the 10 commandments to be offensive, They are good rules to live by for the most part. I for one am getting sick and tired of atheists with too much time on their hands that they pretend to be offended.

    An atheist does not believe in god, therefore who cares? When you think about it logically there is no reason an atheist should be offended by any of it as no one is forcing us to believe just because of a statue. I am a firm believer in live and let live. If people are happy about seeing a statue of the ten commandments, so be it! I also find it really annoying at atheists who bitch about the mangers that are set up every year around christmas, if you dont believe in it, how can it offend you?

    I worked for one of the biggest Document Management software makers for a number of years and lost my job about 2 years ago now. Im only 28 and have been working since I was 15 (ran a network for a car dealership from purchase to installation to upkeep from 15-20) and it took me 2 years to finally get a new job. I got the job because my friend got a promotion and they needed to fill his job so he put in a word for me. Sure Im making 1/2 of what I was in 2011, but at least im working again. Now lets see if there is truth in the fact that its easier to get a job when you have one

    1 and 3 I am with you on but 2, I cant agree. Plain and simple for number 2 the man broke the law by living here illegally for 20 years, he knew the risks, and he got burned. I dont feel sorry for him one bit

    no, there arent. There was one case where someone used tricks and lies to "expose" the fact that he had flaming water in his faucet, which has been debunked. We could argue the minor earthquakes may be related, but we would then also need to argue whether or not this is a good or bad thing, as a bunch of smaller quakes is always better than one big quake.

    we could if we were actually fighting a war like we did in WW2 et al. however when we have our hands tied behind our back and dont have a state to wage war against, only terrorists, and we dont have the balls anymore to say either you are with us, or you are against us, if you arent with us, move, or die. If we waged this war like a real war we would have been out of afghan and iraq within 3 months.

    Black people are a minority therefore they cant possibly be racist! only people with "white privilege" can be racist.

    accused of, but never proven. Here we have proof that wind mills are in fact killing endagered animals, and instead they get a federal exemption
