I remember in 2002 when I was enrolled in the CISCO CCNA classes, we were playing around with a hybrid console. It was a small HD maybe 5 gig and small flash drives working in conjunction. Ok so it wasnt EXACTLY the same but it worked on the same principal. I only wish I could remember the model number...

I never said that I wanted it speant on war. If we took 1 week of in iraq we could fund SO many different social programs to help the people in THIS country, instead of trying to save the world from themselves. If anyone has the numbers, im to lazy to look for it, I think it was around a few million dollars an hour that we spend in Iraq.

i really dont see the problem with this. i mean no other pres spent money on embrionic stem cell research, clinton, bush 1, etc. this is NOT a ban on private funding of embrionic research, and from what i understand, we have made more progress with adult stem cells than we ever did with embrionic research. some might say itsd due to lack of funding, however i dont want my government spending money on damn near anything, we dont have the cash to spend anymore, bush spends more than the democrats do, sorry for the rant i just feel i have to be the odd/.er this time

the fact that we could be going back to the moon because..... we havent been to the moon... (i dont nessasarily believe this just sayin) if we havent been to the moon and other countries are trying to get there....its in our best interest to get there and plant new flags, rovers etc.... this IS slashdot, im just bewhiled that no one approaced this yet
believe it or not, back in either 95 or 96, i went to space camp... and guess what i went in... the ISS, the real one not a mockup, or the american capsules at the time... i remember them telling us how wonderful it was gonna be, and it was... if politics wasnt in the way... such a shame that the politicians are the best con artists...
its not pipelines, its tubes.... you should have know that the space shuttle runs on many different internets,in fact i just sent one to the shuttle today. i just hope my internet doesent get lost in all those tubes
I dont think trying to smoke a hookah in space would be the easiest thing to do.... however it would make "pass the joint" a little more interesting.... GO LONG!!!!
the reason is to keep the equipment as similar as posible, therefore its driver skill, and not who has the most money to buy the best engines and get the best tires

I happen to be a fan of racing and in the world of racing(NASCAR anyway) this practice is common. Example, all cars run Goodyear tires. All cars use Sonoco fuel. There is nothing wrong with standards in competitive sports.... Even if it is part of the evil empire.
id just like to add that i live in ny, and i knew 15 people who died in the crashes... trust me, it bothers me, but watch loose change... and you will be more discusted (i am no way affiliated with loose change, i just find it interesting)
