    That if you attempted to download a file from us (which we just sent you static) than you MUST have other illegal software on your computer.

    This is (sort of) like finding someone in public with a joint in their hand and than going to their house and busting in because they had a joint in public they MUST have plants in the house.

    I have'nt brushed up on torrent EULA's recently but the owners of the servers should add a clause that uploading false files is illegal and against the TOS and this might allow the Torrent companies to come back at the MPAA. Just a thought.

    Someone should copyright the files that the MPAA is loading as fake files and than sue the MPAA for releasing copyrighted material, I wonder if false representation of these files would also fall in line.... any takers???

    If they are loading up fake files for you to download, than you in reality do have "beat it" on MP3, you have static or a recording saying do not download this song etc. You are in fact NOT in possession of the stolen works that they are after

    I live in NY and we have history all over the area i live. Granted its not 800 years old its still amazing.


    within a 20 mile radius around my house I can go to Brotherhood Winery, the oldest Winery in america.
    My good friend lives in a house older than our country (1765)
    I can go to the home where Franklin D. Rosevelt grew up
    I can go to many different battlegrounds from the American Revolution I can go to Washington's Headquartersin Newburgh on the hudson.
    i got the Hudson River, and West Point.
    And I work at a National Historic Hotel The Mohonk Mountian House which has ALOT of history for such a place


    You see where I am going. I may not have the history of Europe, (Dont get me wrong i would LOVE to go out there, Amsterdam is nice this time of year) But there are so many things here and this is only in a 20 mile radius around my house in a small town.

    There's a huge difference between drug use and drug *abuse*.

    I couldnt agree more. I say this quite often, (go figure)but the facts remain that if one wants to go home after a LONG day of work and enjoy a beer.... not a problem, eventhough when he gets behind that wheel (IF) he is more likely to cause a fatal accident. When one goes home to enjoy a spliff, the only person getting hurt is Capt'n Crunch!
    In all seriousness, if one was to use a vaporizor or bake food with their herbal goods, they are not even hurting themselves, cause as we all know, marijuana doesn't hurt people, it would be the smoke aggravates the lungs...thats it

    You my friend are one of the few.

    Lets think about if for a second. MOST people who buy the prius do so because its a hybrid (now there are others but its mainly the prius) This car looks worse than most cars of the late 70s early 80s (which is DAMNED hard to do) They buy it STRICTLY so they can claim they are saving the environment (which is purely speculation)

    The other majority of hybrid owners buy it because of the gas savings (which is in turn converted into extra care costs)

    Its a vicious cycle, ford hates chevy, chrysler hates ford, I hate ALL imports (not to be confused with exotics)

    the point im getting at is buy a car because it fits you, but also understand that your car is a part of you, and it is what people see first, if you wanna be known as a tree hugger or a cheap bastard, go with the prius, if you wanna "support your country" buy american (well if your american) if you wanna compensate for something, buy a BMW, and if you just love the road, buy what YOU like

    Being that I am currently writing a book on the topic, I feel qualified to say this 1 acre of hemp will produce up to 3 times as much paper pulp as 1 acre of timber On top of that you get up to 4 yields a year when it is 7 years for 1 yield of timber..So lets do the math Lets say 1 acre produces 100 sheets of paper for timber, over 7 years that is 14.2 sheets of paper per acre per year on timber 1 acre of hemp will produce 300 sheets of paper, 4 times a year which is 1200 sheets of peper per acre per year timber=14.2 hemp=1200 which one would you decide to grow?
