That makes no sense. Downloading something from the pirate bay doesn't make you a pirate, especially if the copyright holder is freely distributing it there.

Facebook's real name policy complies with European data protection principles and Irish law, according to the social network.

Oh, well then, as long as it complies there, I guess it doesn't matter if it doesn't comply elsewhere.

No one said people need to be able to change their account name a hundred thousand times after creating the account. If you can't associate a single nickname with a single person, then I'd be surprised if you could actually associate regular names with individual people either.

So if they don't stream you something in unreasonable quality (seriously doubt it'll even be possible to stream full 1080p uncompressed video for a long time to come), you'll just take it for free?

Don't fool yourself; you're not even on their radar for target audience.

Hulu Plus is a joke, and Amazon Prime doesn't have a terribly good selection.

It's not censorship you half-wit. Since you can tick an option to get all the porn you want, nothing has really changed. The default options always filtered out porn anyway. The only story here is instead of having 3 options, there's only 2, and nothing was actually lost in the process.
