    > Could it have anything to do with generations of systemic racism?

It does not matter. There is no systemic racism. Racist of 100 years ago were racist to all racists. The notion of prejudice and treating people just by their general appearance was very prevalent. Yet some races in United States recovered from it, while some did not.

Eradicate the culture, you will eradicate both perpetuated poverty AND racism. There is very little racism now in US towards Asians.

    >Black American culture is unique

Stop lying you bulshiiter. It's not "Black American" culture it's stupid subculture common to many other people.

"Black American" culture is culture of resilience and hard work, respect to education, kindness and humanism.

I have acquiantances from every single country in North Africa whom I meet on a daily basis. Blacks, of course. Culturally, they are different from majority of blacks born here. Very different. They are much more similar to all other first gen immigrants than to American blacks.

The problem is culture and very influential pieces of shit that perpetuate it in mass culture.

It's not about progress, it's about keeping up with Joneses. If you slow progress you either have a Lorenz curve too sharply bent or too flat.

There are only two ways to climb to the top: robbing others and inventing something that is needed by wide range of masses while taking lion share of profit and giving to others the rest. The latter is what makes society better, the former is the world of sopranos.

Happiness is not about shelter, it's about change. If you stuck in the same golden cage since birth, you get depressed. You need to outsell your father and become a POTUS.

If you are an atheist, no static level of comfort will give that to you, only constant competition with others in things material or immaterial

There is always a better car, a better house, a better kitchen, a better shower, a better bed, a better computer.
