The mutations are apparentally harmless. But that does not mean that they won't eventually turn dangerous later. Also DNA mutations are unpredictable to the least so It is not smart to expect radiation to have the same effects twice
huh explosive topic. Anyways I was an XP user for 3 years and I have to say that the only thing that could amaze you are all the games that only work on windows cause the other apps are either on mac already (like photoshop) or have equivalents.
Considering: - that the hacker would need really good access to your pentium computer in order to do such exploit. - that if the processor overheats then some hacker gaining administrator access is the least of your problems. - that windows and internet explorer are still quite popular
There are plenty of more effective and practical ways to take down PCs , seriously.
I would like someone to have a real contest, but without doing stupid stuff like granting ssh access to everyone. Let the owner of the mac take all the security steps he has to and run the contest.
I am sure they will need more than 30 minutes but it will get hacked in less than 48 hours as long as there is plenty of information about the contest and the reward is good enough

I think that anyone who actually needed any of the post word 95 features is actually some kind of maniac
At least it uses brackets instead of depending on indentation .

Hope this project succeeds.
The article claims that linux does waste efficiency but it doesn't matter because it does so in a very consistant way?
