Given the video footage of people attacking his car prior to the collision in which she died I find it bewildering that you think that the crowd of people around him were somehow behaving.

The good news is that he's being put on trial for murder so we'll get the whole situation properly examined in a court of law, including his act of violence but also any extenuating circumstances (including, e.g., whether he was acting in justifiable self defence).

  2. Or you can buy a kodi box for $40 which does fundamentally the same things.

    So $40-80 retail feels a sensible price - or about 10 months rental. Yep, it's a rip-off.

That it also includes a linear primary story may explain your perception, but I strongly suspect that story can be engaged largely as the player chooses, with plenty of time spent doing other things in between.

Nothing to do with piracy. They want people to buy on console and not on PC.

In a year a surprisingly large number of those console purchasers will buy a second copy on PC so that they can enjoy a superior gaming performance. Other PC gamers will buy the game and enjoy it for the first time.

Less cynically, there are enough differences between the platforms that there's sense in focussing the delivery team on the console releases and only after that turning their attention to the PC version. That lets them pace the work out better and also assure that they don't release a shitty console port on PC.

I'd rather wait and get a great game than get a compromised mess.

Then again, my phone is over two years old and its camera is still perfectly adequate. A camera isn't a good reason to upgrade, but may be a differentiator when the time to upgrade comes.

That's fine. Just avoid generating revenues in the UK.

Not push everything back to the folks in Silicon Valley to pay for everything.

Right now the push is for the folks in Silicon Valley to actually pay for the benefits they're getting, instead of enjoying a free ride due to international transfer pricing.
