But Christopher, you've only created this account in order to set up some elaborate plot in which you can send out spam advertising Amazon and have an out! You see, now it looks to everyone as though you've got an enemy and you couldn't possibly be the one responsible. It's genius.

Except Amazon is a fucking company and they're not going to give a fuck about your stupid little tale. You fucked up Christopher. I told you to cut it out. You didn't. Now it's time to pay.

I've had many accounts so shut the fuck up with that garbage. And you're missing the point - who cares if Slashdot allows these links? I will find a message board that does not, make a bunch of posts using your link, and then report you. That will be that. You are a scumbag and I hope you have a miserable life (you obviously must be miserable at this point to ruin Slashdot for mere pennies).

Might want to check your punctuation, tough guy. The apostrophe exists and is used in contractions. Other than that, I have nothing to say to you. You made no points worth addressing.

Listen, everyone complains when the Slashvertisements come down from above and aren't denoted as such. The thinly veiled ads that are presented as stories are insulting to readers and undermine the credibility of Slashdot. In the same way, a comment that contains an advertisement undermines the validity of the comment and have no place here. If someone wants to put a referral link in their signature, I will accept that but comments that exist only for the sake of the poster being able to put their referral link into the story are insulting and undermine Slashdot.

So call me a troll if you want, I've made my point and the fact that you can't refute it but can only call names and spew other tired insults shows that you are just as pathetic as the moron I was taking to task.

And again, I hope Christopher Culver rots in hell for his behavior.

Actually, it is pathetic. And "most people" is completely wrong. Most users on Slashdot are not moderators therefore you cannot draw that conclusion. You see, you're a scumbag that has to spam Slashdot in order to get by and I am an intelligent person that can destroy your arguments without a second thought. Easy to make such statements and obviously popular with the moderators on Slashdot but let's consider it a bit more. I am a professional. I hire and fire people. I make a very nice income that is well above the average household income in the area in which I live. Can everyone have my job? No, of course not. When you suggest that people go out and get a "real job", you are ignoring the fact that all people are not created equal. Some people are meant to be janitors. Not everyone gets a nice job that gives them a meaningful way to spend their time making money. Some people are just not that bright or motivated.

What's the conclusion? Some people who are not students are going to be working these dead-end jobs. The fact that Walmart gives no benefits means the state has to pick up the bill when they crash their car and are taken to the ER. This impacts me because that is coming from my taxes.

You didn't really think about what you said - just said it. Go home and be quiet.

Again, I'm going to spell things out as simply as I can so that even you and your precious whore can understand my point.

You were trying to make the point that the majority of feminists did not have extreme views. In making such a claim, the burden of proof is on the person who is trying to dispell the accepted truth. Since it was your response to someone else, you were taking their belief as the basis. Thus, the burden of proof lies entirely on you.

Shut the fuck up. Reading your half-assed opinion on the subject is of no value. Your basic premise is that the "extreme feminists" do not represent the majority of those who call themselves feminist. But you offer nothing to back that up and to quell the simple fact that a lot of what has been identified as feminist literature goes quite beyond the sexes merely being equal.

In the simplest of terms (for you and your lousy wife to get your tiny little minds around), you've offered no proof that the majority of feminists don't hold the extreme views. You have merely decreed it. And since you're just some asshole on Slashdot, you've proven nothing.

I can also conclude that you don't know a fucking thing about logic and debate.

"If the speaker does not take it as fact that it is true, "allegedly" is perfectly appropriate."
Allegedly is not appropriate. That word is not used to denote that someone has been accused of a crime but not convicted. There is a widespread acceptance of its usage in that context. Now, you propose that someone can also use it to mean that they don't believe the person who has been found guilty actually committed the crime. This is a poor use of language and is sure to create problems. Notice how when it was stated that it was alleged, someone replied that the man was convicted. That should be proof enough that it is a better idea to explain your thoughts on the matter without using a word that has a meaning other than the one you intend.

Go ahead, be a fucking dickhead about it all you like, the fact remains that someone posting on the Internet is trying to get a point across. Knowing how to use the language and making it as clear as possible to other readers should be a goal - unless of course you're not trying to convince anyone of anything - in which case, you're just trying to pump up your own pathetic ego.
