    This kid was jailed just for posting hateful comments

    It wasn't hateful comments that got him arrested, it was sarcastic comments in response to someone else's hateful comments (he was called insane, and he responded with comments that were so ridiculous, they are recognizable as sarcasm even in pure text, not counting the "lol,jk").

    Poppycockery and blatherskitism! Eleven isn't some magic number where Puppet suddenly becomes useful. If you only have 11-20 servers, there's a good chance that they're heterogeneous in both hardware and software. Puppet might help with keeping UIDs/GIDs the same on all the servers, but it's overkill for such a small number of machines. Most of the other conf files will be unique to each individual computer.

    Amongst security professionals, a reasonable person would assume images could have been created falsely in the absence of evidence to show images were not created falsely. The result is "more proof needed".

    You used both "REDUCE TAXES" and "BALANCED BUDGET". Were you dropped on your head as a child?

    If you increase taxes to 100% but do not reduce spending, you will not achieve a balanced budget. If you decrease spending to 0, you can have a balanced budget with tax reduced to 0%. Tax increases are not necessarily the way to a balanced budget. Spending has to go down, whether taxes go up or down.

    Two hundred minor issues, unless they're all the same issue and are scriptable, is not two hours lost, it's several days, especially with ticket documentation et al (if they're scriptable, it might be far less than two hours). Sometimes two hundred people have to be left angry temporarily because if the server isn't finished being restaged, thousands of people could be angry when the server doesn't get back on line on schedule.

    I've bolded the rift above. When managers start referring to IT like it's a separate internal company, then the feeling that users/admins are coworkers who should be respected goes away.
