    even if they'd bought a "plant", they still have to throw out the old ICE lines to create a modern line to cater for the new EV - so a sensible idea to just to buy a building.

    mileage depends on the size of the battery pack you buy with your car and how much of an idiot you are driving. You can empty a tank in a ICE Ferrari within 50 miles if you drive like an idiot.

    but if you are heading into profit and profit on a day to day basis, the losses reduce. Maybe the accounting year will be a loss but following years will be better if they are in profit. Yet again, more unrealistic expectations from you, one quarter profit should equal monster profit for a company still in growth, get real or forever be a troll

    No, you detractors have no concept of proportion, you seem to think there should be millions of them on the road already even though its a young company and they should be making billions overnight. you keep comparing Tesla to 100 year old ICE companies, some of which have been bailed out by the taxpayer because the went bust.

    telsa has certainly changed the car market which encouraged the major ICE competitors like Audi, JLR, Mercedes, BMW etc to produce telsa competitors. nissan renault etc are doing the same at the bottom end of the market

    you are out of date on production figures, they are upto 7000 per week. Ford has taken decades to get where it is, so you'd expect it to be able to produce more but then again, comparing a 100+ year old company to a startup is a stupid comparison but if thats all you've got, keep going......
