    I don't get where the ESRB does not understand the word "Third Party". So if I go back to Final Fantasy VII's PC version, turn Midgar into a sex resort owned by Biff Tannon with topless chicks, would the ESRB rerate the game an "M" or "AO" do to my lovely "third party" changes?
