I was looking at the Interview at ZDNet and was hoping on some technical dope.. didn't find any.
This may be a slightly dated interview but has some technical stuff. It was done in August.. when Linus said "Now it's been close to a year and a half and it's going to be another two months at least."

I have the Sound Blaster Live but can't use it to the fullest under Linux. The card comes with a lot of goodies which really make it rock and they only come for Windows:( Prakash
Even I have been getting crazy to buy my domain freeos.com but I have decided not to sell it and instead make it the resource center for free operating systems. Prakash
I'm happy to note that finally Linux is getting recognised as an opportunity by the hardware guys themselves.. as its more difficult for the open source developers to sit and figure out how a particular hardware device works, especially without the help of the vendor. Still all the hardware isn't that well supported, hope that changes quickly. Prakash
We are working on reaching Linux to the 90% of the population who do not speak or understand English. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The Indian Linux Project
I hope this will help in making KDE and GNOME more compatible with each other. Right now the newbies get fragmented and some use GNOME while some go the KDE way. Ofcourse we must give them a chance but we should also ensure that the applications are compatible with each other. Prakash FreeOS.com
NoteTab is one Windows Apps which I really prefer to any other Text Editor. I had written to the creater of NoteTab but he didn't seem too interested in porting it to Linux. Reason: too much of effort involved. I even offered to help there but he wasn't willing to take help. Anyone's given it a try?
