    Do not run the fishy excel files?

    I don't run the suspicious .exe files, but I may run the .xls files even I don't know the identity file.

    The problem is how make the writer to submit the XML formatted research-result.

    Critical point of this problem have not been solved.
    There is few motivation for researcher to submit research-result in a publicly standard format.

    We have to gather the enough developers, to finish the project.
    It's getting harder because of the lack of good engineers.

    Maintainance cost should includes "how easily engineers for the technology can be gathered".
    Easy learning languages like PHP have advantages in this point.

    I'm impressed.

    For solving the problem, technical issue is just a part of them.
    Communication/interpersonal skill is so general that can be applied to many problems.

    No tech manager sometimes fails to estimate the cost for solving the problem.
    Managers may have to utilize the tech knowledge for it (including the way to asking it to someone).

    Even if we are in the office, controlling workers are difficult. (we like avoiding the control and watching the web site).

    In addition that, communication is a matter of cource very important even for the brain work. Co-working in the same office have advantages of communication.

    Our project membrers are suffering from communication problem of the offshoring work :-(

    For most of the movies, rental DVD is enough to be satisfied.
    I only buy DVDs of impressed movies because of the cost problem.

    If the price of the burnd-DVDs are near the rental one, It may consider to buy them.
    But it seems unrealisitc.

    One example in Japan.
    Scripting language ruby creator matz, is working on the company placed in Shimane prefecture in Japan(relatively small prefecture).

    Shimane prefecture adopted ruby and the company to construct its web server. It may be the good way to enhance the local economy and appeal advanced structure of organization.
    (Some of the major media reported the news.)

    In addition to bits/dollar, contents/bits is also growing.

    Drop of bits/dollar is caused by not only the technology improvemnt, but also the importance/bits is dropping.

    Though improvement rate seems actually very high, something may be missed...
