There are different certification processes, but if you use crappy middleware like Unreal Tech, you can put pretty much the same game out on PS3 and 360 with minor additional effort. A lot of major studios are eschewing PC titles and focusing only on console, as well.
Have you used any of the versions from the past 3 months? They are fantastic! You can open from clipboard, and the normal generation stuff blows NVidia's Photoshop plug-in out of the water.
i generally use a laptop when i compute (program, gemstone iv, p0rn) and i must say a touchpad is sweet. my worst problem is never the mouse, it's always the keyboard! if she is getting a lot of arm and/or wrist pain, chances are it's the way she is typing. try a very steep (or adjustable pitch) natural keyboard, or a frogpad. i work in an education lab and we have one for demo. it's strange. but yeah, try it.
what about motherfucking television? my dad didn't let me watch terminator because it was violent. thank good gravy cocksucking christ i can watch desperate housewives or softcore on skinemax late night, and what about that? it's already on tv, don't point fingers at video game companies.

...except Crazybump (http://www.crazybump.com/) is faster, funnier, and has more features. Indispensable for 3D shader development.
