They are constantly threatened with legal actions due to their awful link of the day section. They have in their legal threats sections several threats to sue them due to this. Something Awful always defended with their right to free speech. I guess that's no longer going to defend them and they may need to hire a real lawyer (Sorry Crabs, Please don't eat me).
It's obviously not for gamers but more for investors who like games. The best line in there is:
"Her efforts in 2006 have sought to leverage the synergy between the new generation of consoles and Best Buy's other great interest..."
If that is not corporate shit I don't know what is.
A great game that got overlooked by almost everyone was a game called Deathrow. It featured the most intense frisbee game on any console. It was half free fighting game, half sports game and wasted a good amount of my time. It got great reviews but I guess since it had lots of course language (the characters would curse at each other during the matches), and not much advertising it didn't do well. Still one of my favorite xbox games.
