On the flip side of that I cannot count the number of times I have followed police cars at a fair amount over the speed limit for many miles on the highway. The prevailing attitude for them appears to be "I can do what I want because I'm a cop". Same thing for turn signals. They know they don't have to follow the law because no one will enforce it against them.

I've had FIOS for phone service for about a year and got the TV service about 4 months ago. I like them both very much and I think the TV picture quality is much better then Comcast. I get about 24 HD channels with a HD DVR and it's about 25.00 less a month then the equivalent Comcast service.

All phones are required to have GPS chips in them and so when you dial 911 the system can tell where you are. This has been the law for several years now and if you have replaced your phone in the last 2 years or so you have one of these new phones. I've read thru most of the comments and the one that I have not seen yet is the simply fact that it frees the phone user from having to call someone and tell them where they are going. I like having a phone in the first place because I know I can be reached if needed and I don't have to constantly check in.
