They used garbage parts to build this thing. The batteries would be at home in a mid grade UPS for a server. As an EV builder/owner, this thing won't go 50mph. It could go 200, but not with the current gear.
I believe if you trace the history of Verizon was Bell Atlantic. AT&T's roots are Bell Southwest. Any red flags here? Why worry about competition when your brothers? The only real competitor is Sprint. If they get T-Mobile married in to the family, that is.
I get 34mbps down, about 2mbps up. Pulled over 250gbs last month. No cap, and its fast enough for me. I saturate every server i try to download from. I'm glad everything done by the big distros is on torrent. It's nice downloading a distro in a few min.
Still going to be slower and more annoying than CD's. Now if they let us play without the disc... Also, why the HELL would we any any sort of electronic delivery in the days of "UNLIMITED*" Data? Even home connections are getting caps now. I already warned my Comcast local they would lose me if they try it, and they haven't.
