  1. ComCast customer "service" on Comcast Shoots For New Image, Rebranding As Xfinity · · Score: 1

A couple of years ago, I moved to a suburb which has a duopoly of ComCast & AT&T. I held my nose and signed up for ComCast cable internet service. I was careful to get a cable modem from their approved list.
Two years later, the modem got really flakey and needs replacement. I checked the web site, and the list of cable modems there is so old most of them aren't made any more.
So I wasted cellular minutes trying to get some semblance of current information from customer "service". I eventually found out that there is a list of approved models of cable modem which is less obsolete than the other, but I can't have a copy because it's secret!

A good link for the Senate Commerce Committee is Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation Membership, which is from the only on-line listing of ALL the Congressional Committees and Subcommittees in one place at Committee membership lists, which is part of Writing Congress - everything you need in one place.
