  1. Public Wants California Lawmaker To Be Regulated on California Lawmaker Wants 3-D Printers To Be Regulated · · Score: 1

I think with the trend going on here that California lawmakers should be replaced with orangutans.

  2. Re:It's Only Censorship When the *IAA Does It. on Google Bars Site That Converts YouTube Songs Into MP3s · · Score: 1

Remember kids -- Google took the solemn pinky oath to Not Be Evil, so the removal of YouTube-MP3.com from their search results is for your own good. And remember, Youtube is staunchly against copyright violation and has never violated any copyright or made copyrighted media available to unauthorized parties -- ever.

RTFA, Google did not censor anyone here.

I do not have an Android tablet (yet), but I am pretty sure they usually identify themselves as an iPad (So admins don't have to make 50,000 profiles) or a Desktop (Because an android can actually render a desktop version of a page properly), dramatically skewing these results. Not to mention that 3rd party browsers can report themselves as whatever the hell they want, while an iOS device has no option.

The clipboard on my desk is rectangular and has rounded corners, and it was made before the iPad. Where is the justice?!?!

  6. Competition on A History of the Xbox Red Ring of Death Fiasco · · Score: 3, Interesting

I think that Xbox is the best thing that happened to PlayStation. In the real world, there is nothing like a little competition, especially direct competition. From Wikipedia's article on competition: "Merriam-Webster defines competition in business as 'the effort of two or more parties acting independently to secure the business of a third party by offering the most favorable terms.' Seen as the pillar of capitalism in that it may stimulate innovation, encourage efficiency, or drive down prices, competition is touted as the foundation upon which capitalism is justified."
