  1. Re:As if they were serious... on Vista Pirates To Get "Black Screen of Darkness" · · Score: 1

Exactly, the only people that will be seriously affected by this, will be the legitimate users. It won't do diddly squat to pirate users, who will quickly install a patch and keep going.

  2. Excellent! on Vista Pirates To Get "Black Screen of Darkness" · · Score: 1

That just might drive another two or three Vista users to Linux.

Well, the RIAA feels that you don't have to load up your iPod. You can go outside and do something useful, like jump in a lake and drown yourself. It is their songs and they don't give a rat's ass about your iPod.

I agree in that commercial users should use BSD. GPL software is Free and should stay Free. Leaches are not welcome to use GPL software. Simple as that. If some leaches were using GPL software under the false impression that they can do as they want without contributing back to the community, then they should wizen up and leave. We don't need leaches.

Maybe if we add all of Europe too... Quick, bring the bulldozers so we can start plowing up all these pesky cities and farms that are cluttering up the place!

In much of North America, the moisture in the sky causes a white high altitude fog as soon as the sun goes down, so light or no light, you can't see much of anything anyway, even when you are in the middle of nowhere, of which there actually is quite a lot of around here - it's a big place. So don't blame the white night sky on all the street lights - take a drive out of the city and look up, chances are that you'll still see nothing.
