  1. Do they hold a monopoly type position in the city? If yes a requirement like this should be in the contract.
Did they agree the contract? If yes they should comply with the agreed requirements or loose the right to operate in the city.

I agree with the second part you said.

The first part... government has created this problem. I really tired of governments getting to create a problem then grab even more power to fix a problem they created (like HCR)

The day that CNN publishes their retractions for the same amount of time that they published the fake news without using the apology as another chance to throw digs at the president will be the day their reputation goes a little up.

Hell, the way they phrase their banner shows their hate "Trump holds economic news conference while Houston floods."

CNN plays all day at my work. Just when I think I'm losing support of Trump, I'll end up in the cafeteria and see those banners and remember that there is an enormous propaganda compain trying to make me feel that way. I really didn't think the press could treat someone worse than Bush Jr (who I am sick of and wish would disappear - him coming out against Trump doesn't make his haters like him and it makes his supporters regret him)

If there weren't so many fake no's being told, this wouldn't happen but I imagine it does weed out probably 8-90 percent of complainers.

Then you get told it will cost you 100 to send someone out to your house as they no longer have level 3 help. If someone breaks into my house, even if I had a taser and pepper spray, shooting them in the chest would be my go to response. And not because I think I'm tough. Quite the opposite. I imagine I could be overpowered quite easily which is why I would not fuck around with anyone that broke into my home. And if I was helping my neighbor, same thing - while announcing myself so my neighbor doesn't shoot me.

Honestly, we ctirtize the cops for defending themselves (and charge and arrest) and then wonder why the cops are so slow to respond to poor, crime ridden areas. I know I'd avoid a situation where not only I would have to live with the image of killing someone (even justifiably), but that I would then have to be second guessed and accused of being a racist, bigot, or whatever for doing it. It's much easier just to ignore the 911 call and not deal with that mess.
