I'd agree with that is the bill was just a vote on whether climate change is real or not. It's attached to another bill.
The democrats voted in mass for Obama Care. Are you saying that means they agree and support everything in it? Because recent history would prove that wrong.
See - that's the problem. You view Obama as a moderate conservative. Most conservatives would view him as an extreme liberal and it scares them (and me) to think that you want someone more extreme than Obama.
The tea party has shown that this is not just angry old white men. My black wife was more conservative than I am and you can see other races moving up in the party and deciding to just think shrug off all the people that will call them sellouts for not subscribing to the groupthink that all minorities must be democrat.
Obama is out of sync with the rest of America so we want the Republican Congress to note no on a lot of stupid bills becoming law.
"The Republicans are (out-of sync) with the rest of America, the veto pen will be needed to stop a lot of stupid bills from becoming law."
What's happening is the Conservatives are becoming more Conservative and the Liberals are becoming more liberal. There is a whole lot less in-between than their used to be.
Before, during Kennedy's and Reagan's time, we at least had a common enemy (Soviets) which help bridge some divides. Now we don't have that. Instead, the enemy is the opposite side of the aisle.
There is definitely a market for very long term support, which you have to look no further than IBM to see.
In fact many would trust IBM to fill such a role if they were to do so. Others may trust Google. I'm sure there are plenty of other examples as well.
I agree with IBM to a point but Google doesn't have the best track record of supporting their products after they decide the product has reached the end of its life. In fact, they probably have one of the worst.
It's a different scenario since there have been many updates and versions to choose from in the past 11 years versus (based on the comments here) only one real upgrade choice for windows - and even with that, most people tend to wait a while to upgrade just for MS to get the kinks out.
You are correct that this is the password to access the setting for the router through their webgui. The password to connect to the wifi, though, was similar to badorange456. (To be honest, it was actually harder than anything I ever manually set since I get frustrated typing long passwords into consoles using a gamepad.)
I bought a Netgear AC1450-100NAR Dual Band Slim Gigabit Smart WiFi Router.
The instructions specifically state that it would be a bad idea to change the SSID and password. I did anyways, of course, but was surprised to read this advice. http://ww.amazon.com/gp/produc...
if someone from the open source community would step forward to do the work to drive the feature to completion.
Google/Chromium paid devs can then take all the credit. One sided deal if you ask me.
This is a sad response to read on slashdot.
What do you think would be a good reason for a company to opensource their development if not for stuff like this? It fits perfectly in the matra "If i had the source, I could make it work the way I wanted."
I would suggest that you forego root exploits altogether. Instead, you should simply refuse to buy any Android device where the manufacturer does not provide you a means to unlock the bootloader. Once you have a (legit) unlocked bootloader using official tools from the manufacturer, you can then proceed to install any ROM you want -- even an open source ROM that you could audit yourself -- which then gives you root access. >
I didn't really get this until I got my tmobile S5. Not only is an unlocked bootloader safer, it's much easier to play with and you don't have to worry that someday you will have to decide if you want to risk upgrading and losing your unlocker bookloader (freedom.) I started with an EVO 4G. I updated it when I first got it like I do with OS's for computers. I ended up with a locked bootloader and couldn't do any of the cool stuff I had wanted the phone for. Sure months later a new exploit was found but it was a lesson learned.
. So, you can get the XPosed Framework and XPrivacy, and set permissions for the various packages on your phone. Both are open-source.
Not on lolipop:)
That said, I have yet to have an android phone (or device) that I have not rooted. I love adaway way to much to live without it (and titanium backup is a great tool.) I actually prefer CM or AOSP based roms now but mileage varies depending on the device.
Project budget does not could as a real budget.
I am expecting a certain raise but I won't budget that until I see if it materializes.
I seem to remember any requests for a flat tax or the 9-9-9 plan (really any attempt to simplify the tax plan) being attacked by social democrats.
You didn't answer why they decided to wait until tax season?

So I guess your against SS and other programs that will sacrifice the wellfare of our country for future generations?

Isn't that what the firehouse is for?
I think basically both sides feel this way.

Thank goodness

You'd probably need to guarantee at least half a million dollars in your retirement account;
$55,000 in Texas

It doesn't say how you get it back - I assume you never do until you either start paying an insurance company or stop driving.
It would take me many decades to hit $55,000 in insurance fees so this really isn't a worthwhile option for me.

I liked the mirror episodes in Trek. They probably had the best continuity of the whole series.
The first few minutes of the Enterprise one was great (takes place right at the end of the Star Trek: First Contact)
Karl Urban does a great job as McCoy. It might help that he is the only one that plays a grown up in the new series.
Nope - that was the Arabs (Palestinians) too.

Other than tripping Knox, I haven't had any issues with it. Locked bootloaders have given me more trouble than Knox.
