Huh? I sure hope you're not suggesting that the pederast set up the computer at the family's home. And then ordered and paid for the internet connection. I guess the pederast made the myspace account depicting the girl's age incorrectly too? As far as leaving the house as a 14 year old and meeting with/eating with/watching a movie with an older man, this was also entirely the pederast's fault.

In this case, negligence == fault. This girl's misguided path into the hands of a pedophile can be DIRECTLY traced back to the parent's inability. Why did this girl feel as though she couldn't talk to her parents? Why did she NEED to connect with this older male? Could it be possible that this aspect is missing in her life?

This is merely a hardware issue in general. We could pick any model from any manufacturer and find people who had issues with their hardware.
Likewise, I know there are plenty of people who will swear by their Dell/HP/Gateway/Mac/PenguinPC. They'll tell stories of dropping it, spilling things on it and having it for 2 decades.
What it comes down to is the fact that all physical things wear down. It could happen in six year or six months. Isn't that what a warrenty is for.....?

Hell, write an addendum if you need to, just don't show up at his door thinking he might, possibly, could be, may be breaking the university's policy. Does guilty until proven innocent make anyone else queasy?

  22. not immigration and not birth control on U.S. Population Hits 300 Million · · Score: 1

It's simple. The more food we produce, the more people exist. It's been scientifically proven.

Put 30 mice in a cage. Give them food for 30 mice, the population is stable. Give them food for 50 mice, you'll find 50 mice in a few birth cycles. Again, give them food for 30 mice, eventually there will only be 30 mice.

Multiply by a few billion, factor in mass farming, and you have a population spinning out of control.
