Soapbox: A temporary platform used while making an impromptu or nonofficial public speech.
Does anyone else find it ironic that a service with this name is aiming, "to distribute movies and TV shows for big media companies"? What about the common users trying to voice "impromptu... speech"?
Huh? I sure hope you're not suggesting that the pederast set up the computer at the family's home. And then ordered and paid for the internet connection. I guess the pederast made the myspace account depicting the girl's age incorrectly too? As far as leaving the house as a 14 year old and meeting with/eating with/watching a movie with an older man, this was also entirely the pederast's fault.
In this case, negligence == fault. This girl's misguided path into the hands of a pedophile can be DIRECTLY traced back to the parent's inability. Why did this girl feel as though she couldn't talk to her parents? Why did she NEED to connect with this older male? Could it be possible that this aspect is missing in her life?
Instead of taking the blame for not taking care of their child, they chose to have a judge tell them what everyone else had been saying, "It's your f&*$ing fault!"
This is merely a hardware issue in general. We could pick any model from any manufacturer and find people who had issues with their hardware.
Likewise, I know there are plenty of people who will swear by their Dell/HP/Gateway/Mac/PenguinPC. They'll tell stories of dropping it, spilling things on it and having it for 2 decades.
What it comes down to is the fact that all physical things wear down. It could happen in six year or six months. Isn't that what a warrenty is for.....?
It doesn't matter if they brought fifty copies of the policy with them.
My point was that they could have taken a few hours and determined how his actions were against university policy. Hell, write an addendum if you need to, just don't show up at his door thinking he might, possibly, could be, may be breaking the university's policy.
Does guilty until proven innocent make anyone else queasy?
...'How practical do you think it is to expand this sort of project to cities across the country? Moreover, is it worth the expense?' But rather, do we want to live in a police state?
I thought this was an appropriate quote from V for Vendetta, "I want this country to realize that we stand on the edge of oblivion. I want everyone to remember *why* they need us!"
It's simple. The more food we produce, the more people exist. It's been scientifically proven.
Put 30 mice in a cage. Give them food for 30 mice, the population is stable. Give them food for 50 mice, you'll find 50 mice in a few birth cycles. Again, give them food for 30 mice, eventually there will only be 30 mice.
Multiply by a few billion, factor in mass farming, and you have a population spinning out of control.
Add an 's to get "Mars Rover Reaches Victoria's Crater" and you get the title of a well worn "video" I used to own.
Proof that e-voting doesn't work.

If anyone missed the article by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in Rolling Stone, "Was the 2004 Election Stolen?", I'd suggest reading it. There are a few [well cited] examples of e-voting sucking the big one and/or how the machines were manipulated.

Ray Kurzweil. We don't want to get him too excited.

How does this new video venture make the following statement clear: "...the major players are shunning now YouTube."?
then who should?

Could they not be bothered with actually checking the policy since they were there to enforce it?

Only you and a few other uneducated folk.
Maybe Ctrl-F.. then type "pederast"..?
Grace: Well, with your bad knee Ed, you shouldn't throw anybody... Its true.
What.... no mention of Dilbert?
For something of this magnitude, I'd sugggest VW Vanagons.
Is anyone else wondering how a post this long still managed to be the first?

well it would seem like a dupe to those who don't RTFA.
wake me up when they do a live test using Jenna Jameson's film "Last Woman Standing".
'""The CSIRO has won...'
Incorrectly starting quotes with two (2) quotation marks has been patented by me! I'd like my $0.15 in royalties please.
Don't be offended I compared humans to mice. We all know humans aren't members of the animal kingdom.
