I don't really want to speak out on any particular side, but presumably those people are "using" violent pornography to fulfull a need, in the same way that people use knives to cook food to fill another (admittedly more basic) need.
As the AC says, I don't see a license on my music CDs anywhere. So even if there is supposed to be one its not like I've agreed to it - as far as I can see such CDs are just protected by normal copyright laws. CDs with licenses are the ones that contain software, and that pop up a click-through license when you go to install it. (IANAL of course)
My reasoning for the EULA is that I don't have to read it again to be able to click the button which acknowledges that I've read and understood it because I've already read it before and it hasn't changed. You're right about the ToS changing, and it is unreasonable to expect everyone to read through it all searching for changes.
Blizzard has a new EULA every time they patch the application.
They don't for World of Warcraft (at least in the EU). A window pops up saying its changed but the EULA displayed is the same, I don't think its changed since 2004 sometime..
I haven't read it either, but if you look at the story, it doesn't say anything about slowing decay. The idea is to speed up decay, reducing its half-life (well, the two are the same).
Well thats weird - is your copy pirated? My legit copy of XP Home has that panel completely functional as far as I can see..

I would love to see something that follows your eye movements - surely if its not possible now it won't be long until it is..
