  1. Chargers cost money to make & maintain-THE DEA on New Tesla Buyers Will Have To Pay To Use Superchargers (theverge.com) · · Score: 1

In exchange to quick charge your car for your cash, the deal will be to build more charging stations! Think about it. More locations, nationwide, smaller batteries=faster car! Also..(You're probably going to hate me for this, but I'm still going out on a limb) Maybe we could include in the charging fee, a road use tax to SHUT UP the griping about people who say battery powered cars are free-loaders since the cars don't pay gasoline taxes. I personally feel that it would remove a big blockade that impedes MORE electric cars.. Yay!!

  2. Much Agreed, H3lldr0p, In the early 1950's, people used to watch TV on a 5" screen. The '90's to the Millennium age, the exaggeration was on HUGE screens. Now were back to tiny screens again.. I guess the public can be sold on ANYTHING If it is packaged correctly.

  4. Great comment! Thanks!

  5. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but other than the Web they don't seem to have much competition. Look at Japan or Korea: By comparison, those countries get their services for free compared to us. Maybe the threat of competition will bring the cable companies prices to something sane.

Great idea! Trees obtain carbon for free: About 45 pounds of carbon a year for one tree. Too bad they can't grow industrial hemp again for this process. It doesn't require good soil, grows fast in the harshest conditions, and can be harvested twice in one season. They used to grow it for use as late as WW2 and it's documented on youtube. It would make a great substitute for coal as pellets.
